  1. Ooo so many tempting options. I think I might go for a double whammy - savory pancakes for main and sweet for dessert! I have some leftover veggie burger mix that needs using up and could easily serve as pancake stuffing, and for afters it has to be classic lemon and sugar for me. Mmmm.

  2. Banana, nutella and vanilla ice cream! :D I've not tried many savoury ones, but caramelised onion and cheese sounds amazing! Happy pancake day! :)

  3. You have got to be joking!!!!!!!!!!
It's pancake day, that means lemon and sugar. That's all.
Ricotta? Stilton? Spinach? No, No, no, no, nooooooooooooooo!!!!!!
When we're coming down from Christmas, pancake day is the sugar rush needed to get us through to the summer. Savoury pancakes are a crime against nature!
