Brighton Adventures

At the weekend Tom and I hopped on a train to the seaside town of Brighton. The town is home to lots of quirky shops, veggie cafes and cosy pubs. I'll do another post soon with some tips on our favourite places, but for now here's a few photos from what we saw over our weekend.

The burnt out West Pier is my favourite.

 Moomin joy!

 Love all the coloured houses.

  1. Lovely photos! I so wish I had gotten to Brighton during my time in England, I think I would have really liked it! The burnt pier is so hauntingly beautiful... At least out in Cornwall (where I lived for a year) they have tons of those beautiful colored houses!

  2. Lovely pictures! The thought of the train journey from Nottingham to Brighton puts me off, well done for braving it!

    1. Ha true! The main reason i went was that i won free return tickets to London and from there it's under an hour. But we were still extremely tired when we got home on Sunday night! It's a shame Nottingham is so land locked really.

    2. I agree! I've only been to Brighton once, and that was with a stopover in London... it's a bit of a mission from the East Mids! Not surprised you were tired!

But the burning questions is... did you go on the Magic Mouse?! (I love that ride, it comes to Loughborough fair every year and I pressure everyone to go on it...)
