Adventures in Shrink Plastic!

DSC_6438

This weekend was our 2nd jewelry-making night, and this time we decided to try using shrink plastic. You buy sheets of plastic, draw on them with permanent pen (or use your printer) and then cut them out, and place them in the oven where they shrink down in a matter of seconds! If you've never used it before you should definitely have a go... watching it totally curl up (thinking you've ruined your design!) and then flatten again in the oven is FUN! I made a cloud necklace and then drew us as characters to maybe make into pin badges (as they became tiny!).
